In his market analysis role, he tracks key online education trends, including student and enrolment trends, product developments, and developments in online education and edtech. He advises and provides consultancy services to a range of clients, including universities, online learning and edtech companies, training and skills providers, and arts & cultural organisations. 

In previous roles at Imperial College and Cardiff University he helped shape and develop digital & online education strategies, held responsibility for delivering and managing a range of online courses, programmes and projects including some delivered in partnership with large online education companies and government.
