Completedworks transforms Senate House for London Fashion Week A/W 2025

On Friday 21 February, Senate House once again took centre stage during London Fashion Week A/W 2025, providing a striking backdrop for the Completedworks show.
As a brand renowned for its innovative approach to jewellery and homeware, transformed Senate House’s historic halls into an immersive presentation of their latest collection.
The fusion of high fashion and historic architecture made for an unforgettable evening, showcasing both the versatility of Senate House and the creative ingenuity of Completedworks.
A vision brought to life in an iconic setting
Senate House proved to be the perfect venue for the spectacle, with the Completedworks show unfolding across multiple bookable spaces.
Attendees gathered in Senate House’s iconic marble foyer, Crush Hall, while the stately wood-panelled Beveridge Hall was carefully staged to enhance the show’s narrative – with dramatic lighting and bespoke installations creating a memorable experience for the audience. The adjacent MacMillan Hall made an ideal ‘backstage’ area, with plenty of space for hair, makeup, wardrobe and refreshments.
The Conferencing and Events team worked closely with Completedworks to bring their vision to life, ensuring every detail – from the seating arrangements to the sound design – complemented the designs on show.
The brand’s A/W 2025 collection was a study in contrasts and dualities: pieces played with the tension between geometric precision and organic fluidity, incorporating signature motifs from the brand’s archive. With its distinctive period features, Senate House provided a striking contrast to the modern and conceptual designs on display.
Further enriching the show’s concept, CompletedWorks presented a short dramatised shopping channel parody alongside the collection. The piece, titled ‘LOOK AT ME’ and written by Laura Waldren, blended fashion with theatre in a unique and thought-provoking way.
The short play starred Debi Mazar in the role of shopping channel presenter; the dialogue revealed her inner thoughts, as she grappled with the inconveniences of her body, annoyances around her husband, and the reality of her life versus the idealised version she saw of it.

Completed Works have a unique and creative approach to their events, and it was fantastic to be able to have them at Senate House for a second time. It was a great experience to be a part of and it was so interesting to witness the whole event coming together. Beveridge Hall was the perfect space for the show, and it was great to see it showcased in such a creative capacity.
