Staff and student experience
Informing and shaping our approach to embedding inclusion for all students and staff.
Staff experience
The Office for Equality and Inclusion are empowering the 91app to be an inclusive employer of choice. We work closely with staff groups, HR and unions in identifying novel ways to improve the experience, development and success of our staff community. From hosting celebratory events through to facilitating compassionate spaces for reflection and discussion. We are committed to building capacity, knowledge, and skill to enable and empower staff to cultivate and thrive in inclusive cultures.
We understand that it is our collective responsibility to bring equality and inclusion to life in higher education, and we work with our Federation Member’s Network for EDI to exchange knowledge, practice and create an environment where collaboration, connection and good relations can flourish.
The Office for Equality and Inclusion works in partnership with Human Resources, Senior and Executive Managers on continuously embedding equality and inclusion into the staff experience. This means continuously enhancing and improving our institutional policies, practices and culture to promote welcome, belonging and impact in everything that we do as a university.
