This event introduces you to English as a discipline, and gives you a taste of studying for an English degree at City St George’s.
Our English degree combines world-class literary scholarship with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in creative, professional and digital contexts.
You'll hear from our academic staff about why the subject is pertinent to the world today. You will gain an understanding on how studying English in the heart of London can enhance and contextualise your studies. You will also gain an overview of potential careers giving you a rich and dynamic perspective on how we use English and language in the digital age.
