Paul Boursican
Independent member of the Board of Trustees
Paul Boursican is International Partner at global real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, and former Governmental and United Nations advisor.
Paul is both an advisor and investor, and has extensive expertise of global real estate markets and investor strategies. He advises sovereign funds, institutions, family offices and corporates on fund raising, investment and asset management across all asset classes, and has undertaken during the last 30 years over £50 billion of transactions.
Paul served the United Nations for Industrial Development (UNIDO) as International Expert in financial structuring and risk management, assessing investment program’s suitability and financial structure, to support developing countries sustainable industrialisation.
He also served as Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Ministry of Foreign trade, promoting the attractiveness of France, and supporting French companies international development through operational advice and relationships facilitation. He has been made Knight in the French Order of Merit.
Paul graduated from ISG Business school, MIM New York, IMUA Tokyo, and management programs from INSEAD and Harvard Business School. He is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
